Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy is a working draft and subject to professional review; we publish it so you can see plainly what we do and do not process.
What we process
- WhatsApp conversation data. Transfers are arranged over WhatsApp. Anything you send us there — your name, the recipient's name and bank card details, transfer amounts, and payment receipts — is processed to execute your transfer and to meet our compliance-review obligations.
- Email correspondence you send to [email protected].
- Review interactions. If you tap "helpful" on a customer review, we store an anonymous like count.
What we do not collect
- No analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies run on this website.
- No account signup exists, so we hold no passwords or login credentials.
- We never ask for card PINs, online-banking passwords, or identity documents through this website.
Where your data lives
Conversation data stays inside our WhatsApp Business account (operated by Meta — see WhatsApp's own privacy policy for its handling of message data). Exchange-rate data and anonymous review like-counts are stored in our website database. We retain transfer conversations as long as needed for compliance record-keeping, then delete them.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing. Transfer details are shared only with the payment counterparties needed to complete your transfer, and where required for sanctions and AML/KYC screening as described on our compliance page.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion (subject to compliance record-keeping requirements), contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +44 7352 949 150.
